Got the first lift as the weather had cleared around 8, but quickly set in again. First few runs were pretty rubbish with poor visibility again. Went low and it was clear down here. another foot of powder laid overnight so wanted to make the most of it. Found a big run of off piste which me and squiz were the first ones down which was great. Went down there 3 times and had it to ourselves. Ski'd out pretty quick with lots of grass showing after the 3 runs.

Headed up the la rosiere side of the resort when the weather cleared a bit and had a great run off piste. As good as the last off piste day.

Unfortunatley the bowl you board into only has a button lift to get you out of there. I somehow managed to fall off the lift and dislocate my knee cap. Pretty stupid considering how many times i have been up that button lift, but its a problem ive had before and i had already agrovated it throughout the week. Catching my foot while on the button lift was just what threw it out. Had to get stretchered off the mountain in a blood wagon and spent the next 3 hours in casualty in la rosiere. Strapped it up and spent the next two days of the holiday lounging around the appartment. squiz says i didnt miss much, but i dont believe him !! gutted i missed out but its just one of those things.

a week on i still cant walk properly and need physio ! Hope it doesnt keep me from kitesurfing or anything for too long!!
